About this policy

Hotel Lobby AI helps you plan a two-person AI duet video. This policy explains what happens to information you provide while using hotel-lobby.org. You can contact us at support@hotel-lobby.org.

Photos and prompts in the creation form

The two photos you select on the homepage are previewed in your browser. That form does not upload the selected photos to Hotel Lobby AI. Closing or refreshing the page clears those local previews.

You can add a short performance direction. If you choose Copy prompt, the combined text is copied to your clipboard. If you choose Open video studio, the prompt is included in the URL sent to Dreamina. The photos are not attached to that link; you must upload them again in the video studio. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in the direction field or prompt URL.

Dreamina is a separate service. Its privacy policy and terms govern the information you provide there and the videos you generate there.

Other information you may provide

If you choose to create an account or use account features, we may process your email address, account details and session information to provide access and keep the account working. If you contact support, we process the email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send so we can respond. Our servers may also receive basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser details and request logs, to operate and protect the site.

If optional payment, analytics or support integrations are enabled, the relevant provider may process information needed for that feature. We will update this page as the live service changes. Do not assume that a feature shown in the site template is active or that it is required to use the homepage prompt builder.

Sharing and retention

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate features you use, respond to support requests or meet applicable legal requirements. Information may remain in account, support or operational records while needed for those purposes. The homepage photo previews are not stored by that form.

Your choices

You may choose not to create an account or use the external video studio. You can close or refresh the page to clear selected photos from the homepage preview.
